

climateXchange has been developed as an initiative for International Polar Year, which runs from 1 March 2007 until 1 March 2009. It's a collaboration between our Partners & Friends and an initiative of these two organisations:
ASPAC: Asia Pacific Network of Science & Technology Centres
Questacon – The National Science and Technology Centre, Australia The Asia Pacific Network of Science and Technology Centres (ASPAC) was formed to facilitate communication and co-operation between science centres and museums in the region. One of ASPACs key roles is to strengthen the role and impact of science centres and museums through engagement with organisations such as ASTC. climateXchange is one way that ASPAC will be contributing to Project IGLO within the region.

It does this through delivering fun, interactive exhibitions and programmes for people of all ages. The Director of Questacon, Professor Graham Durant, is the ASPAC Project IGLO convenor. Questacon developed climateXchange for and on behalf of ASPAC.
